HS XC - IL Regional - 1A - Shelbyville. Michael and Wynn both advanced to Selectionals with their strong performances today. Michael (SR) ran 15:52 (6th overall) and Wynn (FR) crossed the line in 17:19 (23rd overall/5th individual qualifier). 2.97 miles & hilly. Go Comets!

Serious question for college coaches. How recruitable are seniors (female) who are Sub 12 100m (11.7) Sub 25 200m (24.4) Sub 57 400m (56.8) These are numbers that I can see MOST high girls realistically hitting if they have good coaching and great work ethic.
