@Trenton_Trojans Appreciate the advice! I will look into the books and clinics! Also if your jv coaches could give me a win for once that would be appreciated. You guys and southgate have my number bad lol.

Attend as many clinics as you can, read baseball strategy books, watch videos, get on a good summer staff to gain more experience, evaluate yourself at the end of each season to determine areas you need to improve upon & then talk to coaches who excel in those areas.

As a young head coach or any coach in high school baseball is there any advice you older coaches could give me heading into my third year? Any and all is appreciated! #Baseball
