@bballbreakdown @NothingButNet44 @GunterJPN @CoachLok Exactly right. Rule #3 in Dr. Naismith’s original 13 rules. A player cannot run with the ball. The player must throw it from the spot on which he catches it, allowance to be made for a man who catches the ball when running at a good speed if he tries to stop.

If we are being honest Roki Sasaki really just looks like a multi inning reliever. If he makes legitimate, tangible improvements maybe he could be a high 3's-low 4's ERA guy with fun pitches/delivery.
