Coaches this profession will test YOU in ways nobody talks about. You can pour everything into others while quietly losing yourself. I’ve been there. I fought some personal battles and even walked away from a job I loved. If you’re struggling in silence lean on your faith. Never be afraid to ask for help. Check on your people, the ones who seem strong and the ones who are hurting. You are not alone.
