Parents… Instead of asking your child how many points they scored, you should ask them… • How many high fives did you give? • How loud did you talk on D? • Take any charges? • Did you dive for that loose ball? • Did you cheer from the bench? • Were you a great teammate?

Guys get frustrated with their current role or current skillset and lose patience with the fact that player development is a long term never ending process. Don’t get caught up in the perceptions of what you “should” be doing. Just work.
