Had Nike HS Coaches meeting yesterday in Vegas. 17 coaches in attendance...lot of wins, years and connections to great players in the room.

Well...the episode is called "The Madness" and should be up on YouTube in the morning.

During our time together at UNLV Joel Anthony wanted 2 things every day: film n xtra individual work. Happy but not surprised w/ his success

So happy for Joel Anthony. Was at UNLV w/ him. No one has matched his work ethic. He put in 40 more minutes everyday & always said thank you

Congrats to Findlay guard Kevin Kaspar on signing with Western Kentucky. All the sr's are signed now. Look for Kevin to have an impact!

When evaluating players, ask yourself "how good is he without the ball?"

Matt Goss at Caesars is a good show...a throwback with a modern twist. Three-fourths of the Findlay Prep staff in the house.

Just attended my nieces AAU practice (5th n 6th grade). One day can see coaching that age level...kids receptive and no sense of entitlement

April 9th and it iis snowing in Vegas. Go figure.

It is amazing how much I get done on the phone (bluetooth) in my car. But NO texting...never compromise safety. #officeonwheels

Good open gym for us tonight. Enjoyed visiting with the various coaches on hand. Pac 12 was well represented. Our guys went hard.

Success 4 any team (sport/ corporate) demands the members commit to doing what they do best FOR THE TEAM; not FOR SELF!

Long day...finally back from DC. We came up short at NHSI this year. Hopefully it will serve as motivation for our returners. It does me.

Tough loss to a good Dwyer team. No time to sulk, pout or mope...need to learn from it, get better and move forward. Remember this feeling.
