@Coachgriffin88 Make sure you take time for yourself, especially those days the athletes are not around. Every 6 weeks, I reevaluate my athletes' workouts and make changes. When I do that, it helps me solve a new problem by answering the question of how can I make this athlete better.

Strength Training is the lowest hanging fruit for Female Athletics. Most schools and programs aren’t doing it... AND even less are doing it correctly. If you’re serious about building and sustaining a successful Athletic program, Strength Training is a foundational part.
