A little personal news… After a lot of thought, I’ve made the tough decision to step away as coach of the Norwood girls team. It’s been the honor of a lifetime to coach these incredible young women and to do it alongside a coaching staff that I absolutely adore. Steve, Joey, Liz, & Jim - thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️ Basketball has been one of my true loves in life, but I’m excited to give my other “loves” some extra time & attention - my amazing wife, my family (which includes two basketball-loving nieces), and my tribe of friends. Being called “Coach” has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. To my players - past & present - thank you for letting me be a part of your lives, and for being a huge part of mine. I love you all to my core. Thank you for raising the collective bar and for not settling for anything less. In a world full of “average”, you became great. We talked a lot about life lessons, but #1 will always be to enjoy the ride. I know I certainly have. 💙💛

I am very grateful I was lucky enough to be one of your players. Thank you for an amazing 2 years!

Thank you coach. You always put the team first and really cared for all of us. We will never find someone as caring and as patient as you! Thank you for an amazing 3 years coach!

I’m incredibly grateful for all that you’ve done for me and team. Couldn’t of asked for a better coach!

So thankful for the 4 years I got with you 🙏

Some personal news. I'll be spending significantly less time on here now, so feel free to email if you need anything. jmisky33@gmail.com

Freshman Maria Martinez hits two free throws with one second left to give Malden Catholic the 49-47 upset win over King Philip. Morgan had 16 and Berthiaume 12 for KP. Most of team back next year.
