On a chilly March night Grassfield JV got the W for the 1st game of the season. Tonight was our first JV game with a scrimmage against a tough opponent Kellam HS. I saw the ball well by reaching base 3 for 3 plate appearances and my team’s defense was on point. I missed a backhand play at 2B but made the adjustment with a diving stop later in the game.
