Folks really out here playing games with these kids futures. Athletes learn to advocate for yourself and take notes on conversations. Too many people saying one thing and doing the opposite.

When you pour into people, you don't have to make them do stuff for you! When relationships are organic, they just do it naturally. That's the difference between transformational and transactional!

Being a coach is so much more than X's & O's. You have to be professional in the way you carry yourself, the way you speak and the way you interact with fans and donors.

Your word is your bond! When you don't follow thru on what you say, then you lose all credibility.
