With the rise of VBT popularity. There are a lot of conversations about Bar Speed and the ability to measure average and peak. One metric that I don’t see talked about often is- time to peak velocity. How many of you all track that metric? What do u do w/ it? How important?

At the HS and collegiate level, I’m yet to be around a head sport coach who doesn’t want to win. That’s their job. It’s the job of the players to make them play you by consistently displaying great practice habits, earning their trust in off-season, & play well when do you get PT

Heavy singles have their place. Like touching a hot stove, quick exposure to see where you’re at. Hit the single, feel the weight, then back off.
