The world isn't here to cater to your preferences or comfort. This is true of your work, your boss, your team, your co-workers, your friends. Show up anyway. Reject entitlement. Humility always.

Adversity makes you better. Challenge makes you better. Discomfort makes you better. Being stretched makes you better. But only if you choose to use it. Growth is a choice.

3 things your team needs from you when they are struggling: • Time with you (connect and care) • Vision (remind them of the why) • Encouragement (make it specific, stir up belief) Lead on purpose.

You will have a bad moment, a bad play, a bad decision. This is life. The best don't let it turn into 2 bad plays, 2 bad moments, 2 bad decisions. They don't let it snowball. They reset, refocus and get back in the game. This is the battle and it is won or lost in the mind.

Practice being angry, you’ll be good at being angry. Practice being negative, you’ll be good at being negative. Practice being calm, you’ll be good at being at calm. Practice being positive, you’ll be good at being positive. Practice thoughts that make you better.
