Joey Cannone threw a seven inning 4 hitter for the Bears as they beat Butler 2-1. Cannone scattered 4 hits while striking out 7 batters. Caleb Zunick and Aiden Baird combined for five hits to lead the Bears. ⚾️🐻#gobears #bleedblue

Not the way we wanted our baseball season to end, but could not be more proud of the 2024 HHS Bears. This team gave all they had today but just came up short. Great mix of seniors and underclassmen was fun to coach!! Seniors, there are no words for how I feel about you guys!!

After 23 years as the head football coach at HHS, I have decided this past year will be my last year. It has been an honor and a privilege to have been able to lead my alma mater all of these years. I will look back at these years as one of the greatest joys of my life.

Bo Nix ended his presser with a monologue about his career. "I'm gonna miss college football. It was my goal my entire life to be a college QB and to win a national championship... Just a lot of emotions. A lot going on that man you wish you could change... I'm going to be okay. We're all going to be okay. We're going to get up tomorrow and go back to work and see what life provides in the future."
