There needs to be a rule on the length of nails girls can where during basketball games. How is it safe when 1) Girls are getting sliced up during games and 2) When a girls nails are getting rippled off? Is this not already a thing?

@tryfactor In addition, I feel like it allows better opportunity to discuss questionable calls that could sway in your favor down the line in games. The official still sees you as a coach. Addressing you as your first name recognizes you as a person. Not just a position. That’s my take.

@tryfactor I feel like it’s a deeper respect for the coach from an official if he/she addresses you by your first name; especially if you have history with said official. The feel comfortable with you. He/she is telling you they trust you.

Coaches!! What’s your thoughts when an official (Ref) address you by your first name? Instead of calling you by your professional title. My thoughts: Nope! I don’t like and will not allow it! It’s a respect thing for me. I feel like every official should address all coaches as (Coach!) and coaches address referees with (Ref) It’s like me calling my doctor by his first name and not respecting his hard work and knowledge of his profession. You don’t have to like me but you will respect me if you like or not!🤷🏾‍♂️💯
