⚖️ ⚖️ you can teach and practice the concept of balance in different ways- 1) balancing beanbags on parts of the body (use a wheel and make it a game) and 2) relays races where Ss have to balance beanbags on paddles, are both great ways to include everyone! #fcpsPE #adaptedPE

Made a jumbo hanging net so Ss could interact at the main basketball hoop 🏀It’s intended for my more “gentle” shooters haha. My goal is always trying to make things seem realistic and mimic what the overall activity is #adaptedpe

Serve it Up!! This works on the serve and receiving a serve in Volleyball. Great activity with lots of movement. Earn cubes for a serve that lands in bounds or for catching a serve before it lands on your side. #physed #Volleyball #netgames #D59PE @D59SaltCreek @MrsMetcalf_PE
