1. SEC didn’t add anything. They have the same rules as everyone else
2. Nothing changed - this was in place last year.
Defense can stem smoothly - they can’t do anything to simulate the start of the play. This includes clapping and non-football moves like stomping.

The SEC is adding a "Delay of game - defense" penalty. If a defensive line shifts, causing an offensive lineman to jump, it's now a defensive penalty
