@GolfCoachNorth @HubSpot We use @Teamworks for everything here in our department. I was always just a spreadsheet guy to keep up with things, but being able log everything on a dedicated profile for that player really makes a difference.

Delay send on text messages is the best thing ever. I use it a LOT for recruiting as I’m often “working” late at night or weirdly early…. I find it weird to text at 10 at night or 4 AM, so delay send it is!!

The Scottish Open, Open Championship 2 week span is definitely one of my favorite spans of golf to watch each year.

@STaranto92 30 years ago they fought without massive fines, can we get that emotional part of the sport back too? Most annoying thing to me as a fan is that they fine these guys over things, then turn around and use it as promotion. Let the drivers self police to a degree.

NASCAR officials will bring both Shane van Gisbergen and Austin Hill, as well as Zane Smith and Carson Hocevar, to the Hauler on Saturday for a discussion about their respective run-ins at Chicagoland, per the new episode of Hauler Talk. Per NASCAR's Mike Forde, race control had flagged SVG's spin of Hill as questionable (as well as Zane Smith's contact with Carson Hocevar), and a review of all available resources including SMT data, radio transmission, etc. was conducted. However, "Nothing, in our eyes, proved definitive" that SVG wrecked Hill intentionally. Hauler Talk more or less acknowledged that NASCAR would have viewed things differently had SVG said something over the radio about Hill (a la Ryan Preece/Ty Gibbs at Texas), but it was also mentioned that NASCAR doesn't necessarily "need" that to make a determination As a matter of fact, NASCAR's Elton Sawyer met with Hill on Monday and Hill pointed out that he hadn't said anything over the radio last year at Indianapolis, but was still parked for one race after NASCAR ruled he intentionally wrecked Aric Almirola. Granted the circumstances there were somewhat different as it was a right rear hook and NASCAR felt like they had what they needed to determine Hill did it on purpose. As far as no penalty for Hill dooring SVG under yellow in retaliation, it sounds like that was viewed just as an emotion thing (And apparently, Sawyer said "I would've done the same thing 30 years ago when I was a driver.")

You see baseball put a lot of emphasis on arm care. Golfers, what proactive rehab practices do you use? Should you use? Encourage others use?

@davidwoodspga At least he didn’t smoke a volunteer with a divot yet this week. I guess you could call this outburst an improvement for him.

So can someone explain like I’m 5 why this wasn’t also a 2 stroke penalty if we’re dinging guys for chucking clubs this week?

Best strokes gained/statistics program for college golf teams and why? We used Decade last spring. I personally liked it, just seeing what others are using.

Amazing how quick your body adjusts to temp/humidity changes over the course of a few days.

D1 = 6am lifts D2 = 6am lifts D3 = 6am lifts NAIA = 6am lifts JUCO = 6am lifts The level changes… the work doesn’t.

One of my favorite things to do in every rental or borrowed car is put the radio station to a Christian station. You never know, they may hear sobering that clicks and never turn it off
