Run Your Own Race. 🏃⚾ One of the biggest mistakes we see in recruiting is comparing your journey to someone else’s. Social media makes it easy to think another player’s opportunity is “better” or that they’re getting recruited “faster.” The reality is every player has different variables-academics, finances, roster needs, geography, timing and coaching preferences. Comparison is the thief of joy. Your goal isn’t to commit first. It’s to commit to the right college. Stay focused on your path, trust the process, and remember: Run your own race. Get it right, not just get it quick.
