Step balks are the one balk you can't come out of the dugout to argue or question. Leads to an immediate ejection.

Patrick Goode ejected @WilmBlueRocks manager Ted Tom for continuing to argue a ‘no-step’ balk from pitcher Riley Maddux. In stepping, the heel of the pitcher’s free foot may not end up in the same spot it started. Which it does.

I know this is what base runners are taught in rundowns, but you should be called out if you run 6 feet out of your way to try and touch a fielder If any umpires follow me, I’d love to know why this wasn’t called an out on the field. Nobody wants to see this become a thing

SCOOP: The @NCAA Baseball Rules Committee has approved the @SEC's proposal to use experimental ABS (Automated Ball-Strike) Challenges in the upcoming conference tournament, I'm told. Coaches will have (3) specific ABS challenges per game in Hoover.
