Great drill for ILB's to learn to leverage the ball, and fit correctly. Also, you can work same foot / same shoulder strike point without a lot of impact. Added a great conditioning drill below to work inside-out leverage on ball carrier. .@prizmaticusa always has great drills

Love it. Will get BOB vs this front. If you spy the RB with the Edges you get 2 for 1 with the OT kick. G-C-G have interior 3 and loop can beat it. Allows you to play 2-Man concepts in back end. Inside pressure keeps QB from climbing pocket, no step into throw. .@The_Coach_A

Cool way to relate to the back in 6-0 with 2 Man behind it. 7ts are tied to the back, and have flare control and can take him if he is up in the down.
