I just completed my final training session @Hitforth, and there are not enough positive things I can say about it. It is, without a doubt, the best thing I have ever done for my career. Since June, I have added 6 mph to my max exit velocity, 8 mph to my average exit velocity, and 60 feet to my max distance @Coach_Kies @TuckerEbest @TPiesker @CoachSatz
