Before the 300m I heard someone say dang lane 6 it’s a wrap. Meanwhile I remembered I coached my first sprinter to qualify for New England from lane 1 in the 200m in 2023.

My top coaching trait is seeing the champion before anyone else does. Coached an athlete to next weekends New England Championship with 6 spots available for our state. She went into the meet ranked 12th in the 55 m to secure the 6th spot and 7th in the 300 to secure the 5th.
