It is truly disturbing that ANYONE can run a “speed/plyo/agility” clinic. Particularly when those parties don’t understand: Conditioning ≠ speed Jumps ≠ plyos Tap dancing around cones ≠ agility Like…you didn’t even take the time to learn the words much less the principles?
