Exciting day at the @TulsaPAC! Cultural institutions owned by @cityoftulsagov (think Gilcrease, the Zoo, the BOK Center) accomplish great things when run by outside experts. Starting today the Tulsa PAC will be operated by the Tulsa PAC Trust and their outstanding CEO Mark Frie.
