The middle school coach is dreaming about being on the high school staff The freshman coach is dreaming about being on the varsity bench. The varsity assistants are dreaming about being the varsity head coach. The varsity head coach is dreaming about being on a college staff. The college assistants are dreaming about being the college head coach. Moral of the story. The job you’re discontent with is someone else’s dream. The best advice I ever received: “Be where your feet are.” It completely changed my mentality. Don’t waste moments. Don’t wish away your process. Don’t take the job you do have for granted. Keep grinding, Coach!

This is a head scratcher, at best, for me. Coach won over 60% of his games and eclipsed the 100 win mark in his time there. Juts doesn’t make sense they decided to “move in a different direction”.

Tonight I will be covering a Division V district semifinal at Bishop Ready between the Silver Knights and Harvest Prep Harvest Prep head coach David Dennis Sr. is coaching this game at 5pm, and then coaching his girls team at Prep in the regional semifinals at Pick North at 8pm
