What Jai Lucas has done in his 1st year at Miami is REMARKABLE. The Hurricanes went 7-24 a season ago. Miami just won its 26th game of the year in the NCAA Tournament. That 19-win improvement ties the BIGGEST win total turnaround in D-I men’s college hoops history.

If you are a HS basketball player watching the tournament and think just playing AAU and doing skill work for the next 5 months without touching a weight 2-3 x a week is going to prepare you for this level of physicality, good luck!

Whatever GA State does they need to hire someone with deep Atlanta recruiting ties. If you know ATL you know you have to be plugged in with the city & can be difficult to do. Too much talent in ATL not to have at least 2-3 ATL players to help compete at the top of the Sun Belt
