A’Ja Lynn Bostic, a senior at South Garland, made history yesterday as the Girls Powerlifting State Champion, bringing home the first-ever title for the school and Garland ISD! 🏆 She didn’t just win, she dominated breaking all four state records with a 550 squat, 325 bench, and 530 deadlift for an incredible total of 1405 pounds. That total ranks second all-time in Texas girls powerlifting history! 🤯 Strength, determination, and a performance for the record books. Congratulations, A’Ja!
