@Tyry202 I’ve always tried to have an equity based program. The standard is the standard and consequences are what you said, fair but not equal. That is preparing them for life, even if it comes with a few more “problems” for us coaches in the present.

A lot of great things from our scrimmages today. The sky is the limit for these girls. The thing I’m probably most proud of is the independence they were able to play with. Structured offense but with a lot of freedom for them. Love watching them learn the game. Go Cards!🔴⚫️

Thankful for every single person in and around our program. It takes so many to build something special. Blessed to watch it happen!
