Congrats to Sauk Rapids and Fergus Falls on winning as the 6th and 7th seeds in there Boys Basketball sections. They both have great coaches who seem to find a way come tournamet time. Good luck to both moving forward.

What are the best Minnesota high school basketball playoff venues?
I’ve always loved the Mayo Civic Center for high school sectional playoff basketball.
Also, really enjoyed St. Cloud State in the past.

I would agree with Colby Pack. Having been lucky enough to host both the boys and girls north 3A sub section the last 2 Saturdays in Montevideo. Nothing beats the atmosphere of those 4 games and the semi’s the following Tuesday.

Fun game in the Monte gym today between 2 very good high school teams with the thunder hawks pulling the win out. Knowledge Bowl finished 1st in Varsity and 3rd in Junior High at there meet today. It was a great week for the Hawks
