𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚'𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙛: Real conversation I had with a Port Harcourt creator last week: 𝗛𝗶𝗺: “Kenny, I’ve sold 417 copies of my course this month—over ₦2 million! I’m balling.” 𝗠𝗲: “Congrats. How many buyers have returned to buy your ₦150k program?” 𝗛𝗶𝗺: “None. They say it’s too expensive.” 𝗠𝗲: “Exactly. You trained them to expect cheap. Now you’re stuck in the ₦5,000 hamster wheel.” Here’s the part nobody talks about: --- 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙚-𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙭 When you sell low-ticket, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀. Low-trust buyers need MORE hand-holding, ask MORE questions, and generate MORE refund requests. End result: You work 3× harder for 10× less revenue. -------------------- 𝙈𝙮 3-𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝘼𝙨𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙇𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙚𝙧 (𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 ₦5𝙠 𝙙𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙨 𝙩𝙤 $5𝙠 𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨 per client): 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭 – 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 Instead of: “Buy my course for ₦15k.” Say: “I’ll build you a funnel that prints ₦500k profit in 30 days. My fee is ₦1,500,000. You keep the funnel.” ׂ╰┈➤𝘚𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵, 10× 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘦—𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘳 𝘪𝘴 𝘙𝘖𝘐, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮 – 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻-𝗼𝗳-𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 I send prospects a 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 showing them how they’re losing ₦1.2m/month on invisible leaks (broken follow-ups, missed upsells). By the time I quote ₦1.5m, the price feels like a discount against the loss I just revealed. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯 – 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 Most times I bill in USD via Stripe, pay contractors in naira. - Client pays: $997 (₦1.4M) - My cost: ₦350k (Ads + team) - Net margin: 75 % ׂ╰┈➤𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘺 𝘐 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘈𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯 𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘴-𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨. --------------- 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗲 - Completion Rate: 75% on premium buyers vs. 12% on low ticket buyers. - Result rate on high-ticket: 76% vs. 23 % on ₦5k course buyers. - Retention Rate on High Ticket: 100% for $997 Done for you service vs 3% for ₦5k course buyers. - Average LTV per customer (Today): $2,847 (₦4.4M) ------------------ Your Next Move: - List every product you sell. - Next to each, write the 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲 (not the deliverable). ׂ╰┈➤If the promise can’t justify at least ₦150k, you might want to kill the product or reposition your offer. ----------------------- Most people won't save this post. Many will skip it and keep training their audience to pay them peanuts 🥜 But a few? A few will fix their offers and reposition themselves starting NOW. Leave a comment and repost ♻️ if you're one of the few. ~ V.O.V

$250,000 is not small money for most people. But after crossing that milestone, you realize a couple of interesting things. I remember in July 2018, just three days after I was fired from my 9-5 job:
