For all the college kids entering the portal before it's even opened up for D-1. All 3300 of yall won't make it! The math don't math! Some of yall need to stay where yall at!

With the portal opening tomorrow, if you are a JUCO, D2, D3 or NAIA athlete in the portal and don't already have a D1 offer or D1 visit set up then it probably isn't going to happen. Nothing wrong with that. GO where you are wanted! Come get developed here at Delta State!

Transferring schools is not the answer unless you are getting a great opportunity to move up and start at a higher level! Celebrating portal announcements is not what builds character! What builds character is going through adversity and growing to become your best self through weight room and field work. When you find a coach who challenges you everyday you know you found the right opportunity! Gravitate to that coach and continue to develop!! 🙌💚🏆🔥🔥

Not a lot is going to happen for HS recruits until after the transfer portal closes January 16th. Right now, coaches are trying to find out who is entering the portal and how they stack up relative to other players entering the portal they already know about and/or their HS list.
