@Coach_ByrdNFZ Isn’t it state law that you have to post jobs? It’s a government job so even if you know who you’re hiring the district still have to post it, no?

Let’s normalize NOT posting jobs when you have a qualified candidate inside! Admin and board members want to see what big names apply, waste good coaches time, and then hire the guy they should’ve in the first place. Two birds one stone!
