Final totals are in for prep sports transfers in California for 2024-25. For second straight year, they exceeded 17,000. Last year was a record 17,068. This past school year, it was 17,041. Southern Section led the way with 7,139. City Section had 1,085. San Francisco had 163.

Every time I make Salvadoran dishes, I remember that I’m carrying on these traditions that were instilled in me as a kid. Yes I add my own touch, like using short ribs and adding chiles gueros. Received bricks of cheese & sour cream from a salvi brand — not bad at all!

Amazing how far he’s come, when we met in December 2023, his PR’s were 96 at discus and 36 at shot put He’s put in the work since he joined our group in March of 2024.
