Of course, when I say amazing, that is very much personally. A lot has changed in my life over the last 4 months that I don’t think would’ve normally. I totally understand how tough it’s been for most, but I’d consider myself lucky and I’m lost grateful for that.

I love the analysis in cricket. Opinions/analysis based on stats/videos and evidence. Then explained so well someone who dosent know too much about the detail in cricket can understand. So much better than most football anlysis/pundits on TV - especially at half time.

Finished this off this evening. A free online course - would recommend to anyone working in sport, but also valuable if you’re not too. Look out for each other and talk 👍🏻 #BreakTheStigma

Feel for Brighton (Potter) here. Think they’ve moved the ball around really well. Two individual mistakes in possesion have cost them, but I think this side under Potter will be close to breaking into the top 10 next season.

@PeteBeaumont1 I’ll admit I never used to rotate positions when I first started GR coaching. But open enough to learn & see the value in it. This guy has replied calling people “Fergies, Numptees & Cokeheads”!! Which I think sums it up! Wouldn’t want my kid to be playing for a side like that.

@Coach_Harrison1 Back in my early days coaching, it was player rotation, get players understanding positions, focused on development, guess its all about the coach on this post, #winwinwin

@JohnColeman91 Absolutely. Especially if you take the “stigma” away from player rotations by creating that environment it becomes natural & each kid/parent gains a better understanding.

@JohnColeman91 Totally agree re changing positions. Equally at that age surely even if a kid wanted to try being a goalie for the first time then what a time to do it!

Is it just me or do you want to see decent analysis of the game at half time? Details of what’s happened & why, analysis of tactical battles & what could/should change in second half. Roy Keane’s views are just boring in my opinion.

So pleased I reflected on last week. Wrote down a few things that I wanted to change and have began to implement them today. Also started a “What will tomorrow look like?” In my notes. A few things that I want to achieve on that day. Power of planning/reflection is so important.

Proud of myself this week. Set out a plan at the start of the week to track all calorie intake & to exercise more - aiming for walking 250 miles this month. Few things I can do better so time to reflect & review and improve - carrying on tomorrow 💪🏻💪🏻

@mrjakehumphrey Thanks for the reply Jake. Also easy to blame external people/factors. I think equally a lot of things are your fault, and the only way to change is to then take responsibility for it. One of my fav quotes is “Nothing changes if nothing changes!”

Good man Harrison. I love to hear testimony from people whose lives & processes have been changed by the podcast. Thanks for the message 👍🏻👍🏻 ‘It might not be your fault, but it’s damn sure your responsibility’ 🙌 #HighPerformancePodcast

I ask myself the “Fault vs Responsibility” question from @mrjakehumphrey every day. My favourite part of THPP. One of the main things that has completely changed my way of thinking & life over the last month. Can’t wait for the pod to be back.

I also don’t know who needs to see this - but I did. Maybe it will help someone somewhere... #Simplicity
