Practice #11. Deep dive into serving this week. Repeatable Cadence to our serving routine/approach. Defensively, “attacking the attacker” is something our group is enhancing. Woo Pig.

Today is a recovery day. No practice. Tomorrow is Practice #09. Looking to hone in on mindful solutions to maintain an advantage when tempo/location less than ideal.

Practice #8. From plan to whiteboard. Shorter practice today. Focus on “window first. range follows.”

Day 6. Goals this week - increase serve and pass reps w/in context, transition id/prep and offense range from a high individual window. #no2adays

Day 5. “The day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit.”

Practices 3&4. Failed to post Wednesday Practice. Working on 1.45 to 2 hour practices. Which is a load between 90 to 120 total jumps for the pin hitters. Load has been consistent while getting cleaner. All good work.

Practice #2. 2025.08.05. Setter/Hitter Relationships within context. OH Tournament provides the context, while also getting in rotation work. “Last Ball” gets some transition work in, but is shorter in duration. Context rules the learning space.

Practice #1. 2025.08.04. Year #10 @RazorbackVB. “None of us are special. Together, we can work at having a special season.” Spending time defining systems while evaluating where we are at the start of a season.
