@mike_petriello @OrvilleTheOdd @GlennThrush Agree that it’s a myth but with some underlying truth. The measurement method has changed resulting in more accurate metrics but velo is still way up on average and for top tier players. Movement is also greater. Add informational data and the game has evolved.

@EricGust2 @ChuckGarfien While I really like Tauchman, guys him, Slater, Rojas and potentially even Hauser and Civale are all pieces to potentially packet with Robert at the deadline. All could be contributors to playoff bound squads which could swing the ability to get trade value from Robert.

@ChuckGarfien I still question little things like why Rojas plays so much, esp w Montgomery here. His hitting is no better than Capra or Amaya. They were like the 26th man.

The White Sox are headed in the right direction. Some agree. Some don’t. All good. It’s gonna take time to turn this around, but more people like Josh are seeing what I’m seeing.
