If your kids see the value in what you do, they stay. They have to feel a part of the plan and understand the plan. That takes planning, transparency, tough conversations, and love. Can’t keep your kids without this IMO

If you ever wondered why there's so much transfer stuff going on, coaches are only as good as the talent on their roster - for the most part. I've always respected coaches who built something out of the mud or from the bottom. The vast majority of the top coaches in the area did just that! Always respect for those guys!

Just seen a highlight of a kid hitting a half-court buzzer beater to send his team to the state championship! Even if he makes it playing college ball or even the Pros this very moment will be talked about for generations!!!!! Gotta love it, Hometown heroes live forever!
