Early in my career as an evaluator, I had this legendary lacrosse coach convince me to examine shin angles if I really wanted to know how athletic a guy is. He argued that change of direction, balance, and body control would show up in guys who could get to 30 degrees... I was skeptical at first but couldn't agree more after it continues to show up. Anybody else ever heard of this metric?

@CRO31 Supply and demand.. fewer HS athletes recruited means more money to being asked of to help with the decision making. If you had offers from multiple opportunities of income you’d consider the higher paid as long as it fits with life balance. Teach them value and bottomline

Theres a lot of misguided kids in this NIL era. From parents trying to retire themselves, to agents not getting any NIL deals but want their 20-30% and to handlers wanting some of the pot. Thats a lot to deal with and a lot of pressure on 17-18 yr old kid. How can we help them??
