@HustleBitch_ I have bought and sold several homes without an agent. Making some phone calls is not a big deal. Any one with basic business skills can do it. Even when an agent has been involved, I have many to follow up to keep things moving. Winner idea!!

@Coach_Penney1 @ImMeme0 Nobody is saying that people don’t need realtors. People are saying that we don’t need to pay realtors ungodly sums of money for doing very little work. A flat fee makes more sense. My last realtor did about eight hours of work and made $36,000. A $5K flat fee makes sense.
