This isn’t to say that CD management, hero composition, counter strategy etc., aren’t important, I just have historically found them incredibly overvalued. I think it’s likely the dregs of old Overwatch mindset when we just didn’t understand the game very well (and healing was overturned).

As someone who’s got 10k+ hours coaching this game, this is 100% true. Cover, angles, and mechanics are often undervalued by the low/mid rank (and even high) population in comparison to more “moba” aspects of the game.

@kttymrdr @brigluvrrrr You’re probably right, there are probably some maps where all the viable spots are double jump accessible, so the other perk would be free value, but I find that to be the exception not the rule

This reply section showing that it is, in fact, successful noob bait. Do yourself a favor and test the the mumbers increase in the practice range, and you’ll be shocked at how poor this perk is (without even considering the incredible opportunity cost of picking it in the first place).
