Your training philosophy doesn’t matter if you are allowing your clients to train without tying their shoes, using collars, or allowing them to jump on highly movable objects; we need to introduce you to risk management or another profession.

@Coach_Alejo My thoughts are as such: Post-Summer Ball - anti-rotation emphasis; Off-Season - Rotational MB work follows an inverse relationship to weekly rotations; In-Season - Oppo rotation MB throws & anti-rotation. Give the athlete what they’re not getting in their sport.

A baseball or rotational sport thought: In my opinion, obliques are injured not by lack of strength or fitness, but by volume. So why would you want to do more twisting if that’s the mechanism of injury?! We don’t prescribe more jumping for jumper’s knee, do we?

Would the game of football be more interesting without punters? Nothing against punters, but what if you didn’t have the ability to punt the ball away on 4th down?
