I have a real love for Student Managers in Collegiate sports. They’re some of the nicest, hard working individuals that you’ll ever meet. They also happen to be lifelong learners. I learn so much studying managers. The behind the scenes work doesn’t go unnoticed.

I love March Madnessing like it does HOWEVER I wish there was a way to award mid-majors for reg season dominance if they don't win conf tourney. Yes, the way it's set up is the spice of March but some mid major teams could've been competitive if they were awarded the opportunity.

But outside of that, so happy for those dancing this year. Special, unforgettable, sometimes once in a lifetime moments. Wishing everyone the best of luck in the NCAA tournament! 💃

When @Coach__E_ first started playing basketball, @BryanDickerson1 asked me a simple question:
“Do you wanna play… or do you wanna be the best?” My 5th-grade answer was easy: “I wanna be the best.” And every time I hit a wall — high school, college, coaching — he’d remind me:
“If you’re cool being okay, keep doing what you’re doing.
But if you want to be the best, you gotta do what the best do.” The other lesson? Even simpler: stop being a punk.
No whining. No complaining. Vent for a second, then solve the problem. It was frustrating back then — but it shaped everything.

It's time to talk about William & Mary. The Tribe are 8-2 & 120thin KenPom. They've now taken down Bowling Green and Duquesne, for a couple of solid wins. Brian Earl has the Tribe running with the shortest average possession length and the 3rd highest tempo in the country. In fact, they've scored less than 80 points just once through ten games thus far. They don't have just one dominate player, rather they have seven players averaging 8.4 points or better. Despite running one of the fastest offenses, they focus on efficiency as they feature a 55.6% eFG%. Last year, Earl brought the Tribe to their best record since the 2019-2020 season. Now, in year two it looks like they've taken another step forward.
