Happy Mother’s Day to all Let’s not look at Mother’s Day just as a day to go out, give/receive gifts. This day can be our guide, our usher to bring our awareness to our own beings that before we raise our children, let’s raise ourselves first. Let’s be our best version. The society has made us feel so incomplete about almost everything. We are constantly seeking outside validation, praise, appreciation, beauty, achievements to feel complete. This unfulfilled person is our Inner child who never grew up, who’s always so insecure, fearful, and always in lack and pursuit of something from the outside to feel complete within. Mother’s Day can be a reminder for each and every person (including the males) to re-parent , nurture and raise our own inner child first . When we act , behave and operate out of our wholeness and complete being, our children also grow up into their most Authentic their True Selves ❤️

You are your own enemy; No one from the outside can limit us - we are our biggest enemies. Remember that the power to live lies within us, not in what others do or do not do.

Don’t accept or reject everything that comes your way - consider the possibilities instead. Sometime an ordinary event and situation holds the potential power for immense possibilities and transformation but accessible only when one is receptive and open enough.

How to Rightly Apologise to someone? “I’m sorry for my outburst earlier. I wasn’t acting from a place of consciousness and wasn’t present in the moment. - I’m sorry and I’ll do better.” You can use this apology as an template 😊

And most importantly, even as parents, taking full accountability and ownership of our own mistakes, our drawbacks, our limitations, our flaws.

A conscious parent does not mean being a perfect parent. Conscious parenting is not just about creating peaceful harmonious relationships. On the contrary, it is about authenticity. It is about being real, raw and organic.

One of the difficult moments I had with my son, and reacted badly even after doing so much continuous work. I reflected and I took full ownership of my own limitations. And I sent him a this message, just wanted to share with you.

Conscious parenting is a gift that keeps on giving. By modeling positive behaviors and values for our children, we are not only helping them to grow into happy, healthy, and confident adults, but we are also contributing to a better future for our society and the world at large.

Conscious parenting is a gift that parents can give to themselves, their children, and their entire family. It is an approach to parenting that involves being present, intentional, and aware of our thoughts, feelings, and actions as we interact with our children.

you need to educate yourself around conscious parenting because that is the only way forward towards better and happy world. We cant afford to make the same mistakes our parents did, they didnt have the right tools and medium to educate themselves

It's important to manage our expectations and recognize that things may not always go as planned. Instead of focusing solely on the outcome, we can focus on the process and the journey, enjoying the present moment rather than fixating on a particular result.
