🚨 Pass Rush-Get Off Progression 🚨 - 1st video: Knee Get offs The goal with Knee get offs is to work on a big explosive 1st step. You want your athlete to explode off the down knee & drive it up & out. (Similar to B-skip). - 2nd video: Octogon Get Offs The goal is to get the back foot to the 3rd octogon. The biggest difference with your run get off & pass get off is to CLOSE SPACE. The faster I get off the ball & close space makes the OL not able to see the move coming or uncomfortable and be impatient cause they feel they are about to get beat.
