A great Christmas gift idea for chocolate lovers. Our 500g bars (that's a lb in old money) contain a mixture of plain, white and milk chocolate and can be personalised or made with chocolate of your choice.

What do you get when you cross an author with a chocolatier? Books full of chocolates! (Sorry, the best I could do at this time of day). We love our new hardback books filled with our delicious 24-truffle selection.

Christmas Santas today. Will be on shelves next week when the packaging arrives. Made by me using the finest Belgium couverture.

Another Christmas favourite, marzipan fruits. I have to confess, I don't make these - they just take too long, but we have a great supplier who provide them - and they are delicious.

We do make these all year round, but they are especially popular at Christmas. Our signature milk chocolate topped with candied orange peel, cranberries, pistachios and hazelnuts. Great Christmassy flavours. Made freshly this morning in the shop.

Today's truffle- Sorento orange caramel. Our homemade caramel laced with natural orange flavourings, enrobed in milk chocolate.

It's that time of year again and Christmas puds are on the menu.... The filling is a milk chocolate ganache laced with brandy, with candied orange peel, raisins, almonds and hazelnuts with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom. Decorated with a sprig of "holly".

Spider lollies for Halloween. I find them a bit creepy lined up on the table! Made this morning from the finest Belgium chocolate!

As Christmas approaches it's time to stock up on those naughty truffles - these are Baileys, made with milk chocolate, fresh double cream, sugar and a generous glug or two of Baileys. Made this morning and on the shelves today. They taste delicious. In milk or white chocolate.

Now the colder weather has arrived, we're concentrating on our autumn comfort food. This morning I've made our fruit and nut chocolate parcels. A solid chocolate parcel topped with orange peel, pistachio and cranberry, dusted with gold sparkle. Really tasty.

Proud to collaborate with Fiesta Red Florists (opposite us), who have produced these wonderful Halloween floral displays, which include our delicious pumpkin lollies. Available from £18-£24. You can also buy our Halloween lollies without the flowers from us, starting at £1.

It's Halloween month, giving me a chance to unleash some creativity. We're world events, so we've concentrated Halloween on offering quality at great value value. Lollies start at £1, additionally we have bats, eyeballs, skulls and much more.

We would like to express our sorrow at the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The country and the world has lost an extraordinary human being. We mourn her together with the rest of the nation and indeed the world. God Save the King.
