In this case (old video) the elevator was broken so this was the only option. But she’s slowing them down assisting the wheelchair, preventing normal flow from restarting.

@silverex331 @marcel_nshuti Elevator was under repair. Escalators have to be emptied before they can convert to wheelchair assistance. Hope that helps clarify, as I had a similar privileged thought when I saw this months ago. Lady was ignorant or selfish.

When my mom was dying in the hospital. I got a call at 4 in the morning that she was being rushed into emergency surgery. I got there and it was hard raining. The only parking spot I could find was some weird area on the parking garage roof, where I had to twirl my car around to get in. Four hours later, I crawled back to my car so I could go home and shower before work and found a nasty letter taped to my window saying I was an asshole parker. I sat in my seat and ugly cried for a bit.
