@AmericanAir said we can buy clothes in St Lucia and they will reimburse us. What they didn’t say is, we wont have our bags the next day also. And stores close at 5pm. Before they called us!!!!!

We made a report with @AmericanAir in St Lucia. It is now the next day. And their first call to us is ar 6pm. Ive been calling since 11am this morning every hour on the hour with no response

@AmericanAir changed my flight to the next day from Atl-Miami-St Lucia. We arrived safe. Thank God. But our LUGGAGE DIDNT!!!!!

@americanair then proceeded to try to book me in a @Delta flight. They confirmed my seats and i ran, pushing a wheel chair with my mom and my 2 children from T8- E gates in atlanta to be met by Chante who’s attitude was gross!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@americanair grounded my NC flight from Atl, back to Atlanta , 20 minutes in, because of broken landing gear. Because of this, I couldn’t catch my connection to St Lucia
