This but for the alts people own. I think revenue generating alts will hit pumps bigger than this cycle, maybe as large as 2020-2021.

I'm going to take a few days off with the family. We made it out of Dubai in a calm and safe way, just horrible to go through that experience with a baby, months after moving abroad. Truly grateful to the UAE government for how they were properly prepared to defend their country and their people against such unparalleled and unwarranted aggression. Can't wait to go back when things settle down, we loved every minute of our time there so far. Appreciate all of you that have asked how we were doing. For what it's worth; we have about the best view one can have in the UAE, with the caveat that the same view also allowed us to see, and hear, basically every missile/drone that got shot out of the air. We saw the Palm get hit while giving the baby a bath - from our bathroom window. Not sure how long this will last, but I hope that our friends and people we work with stay safe, that Iran gets freed of its horrible leadership, and that it can go back to being a beautiful country.

What a weird take dude. in emerging markets and tokens that are "small" compared to big companies or tokens, it's not crazy for liquidity providers to earn money on the risk they take. The more an asset matures, the more people will start adding LP to various DEXs and different fee-structure pools, routing most volume compared to depth of liquidity through the lower fee pools. Coinbase pushing an onchain product, basically making many references in the past that base token may be tied to your activity in said app, then charging 1% on swaps, which is higher than competitors that are losing market share incredibly fast doesn't seem like the right, friendly, correct, or useful strategy to me.

Every dex trade, LP makes 0.8% on your swap. Token issuers fund the emission by selling their token to LPer. Talking about making the chain best place to trade? 0.8% is pretty expensive, very expensive.
