Just saw my second semester result, 97/100 🥹 Procrastination cost me 3 marks for late submission but we move.

@kesor6 I know I’ve had this issue (outdated plugins) with eslint v10, but not with v9.

@CodaBytez They are slow like wounded turtles. 99% of all information about ESLint on the internet is outdated and will not work. 99% of all plugins for ESLint are broken and will not work with recent ESLint versions. 99% of all projects depend on OLD v8 ESLint which is broken and deprected

Every time I got a new idea, I'd spend the first hour doing the same thing. Setting up ESLint. Configuring Prettier. Installing the same 12 packages. Copy-pasting my Husky hooks. So I built a CLI that does all of it in 60 seconds. npx @codabytez/create-next-template

Pick your stack. Hit enter. Start building. — Next.js 15, Tailwind v4, Clerk, Prisma/Convex/Appwrite, TanStack, shadcn/ui and more — all optional, none forced. It's open source. Would love feedback from anyone who tries it GitHub: github.com/codabytez/crea…

It worked… but it was stressful. That’s when I thought: there should be a better way to play this online. So I started building my own version inspired by it. Recently dug the repo out of the archives and finally finished it. Try it and see who survives the night.

In 2023, I played this game called ultimate werewolf with the guys.
It was chaotic, fun, and one of those random nights that just sticks with you. Fast forward to last year during HNG Internship, we tried playing it online over Google Meet. blood-moon-nine.vercel.app

Two years ago, a developer I know launched a small product here in Nigeria. Everything was going fine. Users were signing up, logging in, and using the platform daily. Then one morning he woke up to something strange. Several users were complaining their accounts had been accessed… without their permission. Kindly bookmark for yourself and retweet so others too can learn

Day 7 Still on Linux and Bash scripts: Today was all about assessments, testing my skills from Linux basics to Bash scripting. Reading and writing commands is starting to feel much better 🤭. If you’re learning Linux, this website is hands down the best labex.io

Day 6 I didn’t get to do as much as I wanted today because of work, but I still made good progress. I spent time learning Linux user management creating new users, modifying user settings with usermod, setting passwords, and deleting users. Using this labex.io

Hi, my name is Toluwani, and in 2025, I: • Won a 25 Under 25 award from Black Sisters in STEM • Led a first-of-its-kind initiative with @CJIDAfrica at the University of Lagos. • Was appointed Deputy Coordinator for the Nigeria Association of Computing Students (NACOS), South-West Region. • Was selected as the Lead for one of the biggest student communities, @gdgoc_unilag • Got an academic scholarship. • Landed my first full-time frontend engineering internship, left after six months, and received two more offers within two weeks. • Served on the planning committee for DevFest Lagos (Student Edition). • Got paid to speak for the first time at a physical event. • Got paid to create content for corporate brands. • Won three physical awards. • Was invited to speak at, host, and moderate sessions across multiple physical and virtual events. • Led programs simultaneously across three student communities at the University of Lagos. • Contested in student elections for the first time. • Took new headshots. • Didn’t lose my mind and stayed alive. Cheers to 2026 🥂

Day 5 Stepped away from the terminal today to understand how the internet actually works: explored routers, DNS, IP addresses, and how browsers communicate. Also learned how TCP and UDP differ, plus the different types of networks (PAN,WAN,LAN,MAN) and how they operate.

I got invited to share my tech story on a platform for African techies. It’s a small win, but it means a lot as someone working toward public speaking and building in public. The recording was hard 😂 but I’m proud I did it. I’ll post the link when it’s live 🤍
