🚨 NOW: The judge has just ruled IN FAVOR of assassin Luigi Mangione by SUPPRESSING evidence the cops found inside his backpack
Utter madness.
The jury will NOT learn about:
- Bullet magazine
- Cellphone
- Passport
- Wallet
- Computer chip
TOTALLY OMITTED from the jury.
The judge says the Mangione was ILLEGALLY searched because they took his bag after the shooting without a warrant.
The gun and diary will still be allowed in trial evidence.

I feel like the people saying this have never done a man-week, man-day, man-hour or man-minute worth of work, either in their last 40 years or lifetime, ever. AI has its capabilities, but in their own-self interest, are over-stated, due to their portfolio positions. Unfortunately they fool all the right executive-class folks, who then proceed to self-ruin their own companies.

Where will AI be in 1, 2 or 3 years?

This is great to see.. post as many of these as you can!
I think one of the main issues in politics and culture is one of stubbornness. The idea that when you are presented with new facts and information your previously were not aware of, will you change your mind? Or will you throw a violent and emotional fit?
If we can normalize the ability to change people's mind, without violent stubbornness, we have a chance of sharing a cultural fabric beyond imagination.

@NassauExec Which is easier:
1- Flipping NY to a red state with Bruce.
2- Having Long Island secede and become the 51st state as a red state.
3- Moving out of NY.
The problem is #3 is the easiest. Without the SAVE AMERICA ACT, NYC socialism controls the entire state.

Governor Hochul’s incompetence in handling labor relation from nurses to corrections officers and now railroad workers puts the safety of everyday New Yorkers in jeopardy. Blaming the LIRR strike on President Trump is so disingenuous it is laughable. Hochul runs the MTA and she alone bears responsibility for the disruption of services.

As someone who lost more than 40lbs mostly using a calorie deficit, I can honestly say I learned a few things:
1- How little food the body actually needs to just maintain current weight (varying based on what you do for work or how much you exercise).
2- How easy it is to eat or drink 2000+ calories in just minutes. Your local coffee place might even have a flavored drink with so much sugar, the largest version of the drink exceeds 2000 calories by itself.
3- How important embracing hunger is, if you truly want to lose weight. Rewire your brain for success.
4- How much you can save at the grocery store when you realize how little you actually need.
5- How eating in actual deficit, you can lose weight without even having to work out.
6- How any meal at your favorite restaurant is likely more calories than you need for 1-3 days if you you're trying to run a deficit.

"I ate in a calorie deficit but didn't lose weight."
No, you did not.
Jeremy Ethier ran a small metabolism experiment using astronaut-grade accuracy.
What he found was that out of 9 people, not one had a fast or slow metabolism. Everyone burned almost exactly what their body weight predicted.
The most interesting part he found was that most people underestimated how much they ate by 500–1,000+ calories a day.
A skinny guy who couldn't gain weight guessed 2,000. He was actually eating 3,300. An overweight girl who wanted to lose weight guessed 1,800. She was at 3,000.
Not one had an abnormal metabolism. Every single one had a tracking problem.
Studies actually show people underestimate their daily calorie intake by 20–50%, with the gap widest among those who need accuracy most.
People are not broken, but their tracking is. Fix that and the math takes care of itself.

@PeteHegseth Good, the world is now a safer place. Keep going.

Last night U.S. forces, in coordination with the Armed Forces of Nigeria, killed Abu-Bilal al-Minuki and other ISIS leaders.
Back in November 2025, President Trump declared to the world that we will help protect Christians in Nigeria and instructed the Department of War to prepare for action. So, for months, we hunted this top ISIS leader in Nigeria who was killing Christians, and we killed him—and his entire posse.
In conjunction with Nigeria’s President, and at the direction of President Trump, U.S. Africa Command oversaw a precise operation to remove this terrorist.
Abu-Bilal al-Minuki was the senior ISIS General Directorate of Provinces Emir — the number two for ISIS globally — responsible for overseeing the planning of attacks, directing hostage-taking and managing financial operations. The removal of him and other ISIS personnel makes Americans safer by further degrading ISIS’s ability to plan and carry out attacks that threaten the U.S. homeland, American citizens, and innocent civilians.
Operations like last night’s demonstrate the exceptional lethality, patience and skill of U.S. forces, amplified alongside willing and capable partners, to address shared threats. This should serve as a reminder that we will hunt down those who wish to harm Americans or innocent Christians, wherever they are.

At the end of the day for me, it's about whether or not I learn something. I've been listening to Ben since he was a guest host on the Mark Levin show, and I've learned from him over the years. When it comes to Candace, Fuentes and company, all they do is grift and hate. If you think you're learning from them, I have some news for you-- you're the mark of their grift. You're the exact sucker who they target. Congratulations, idiot. I don't agree with Ben on everything, but I sure to learn a heck of a lot!

Yes @BillboardChris , in my opinion it would be worth it. You're a magnetic field for the mentally unstable. I think this is known as broken-windows policing, and if someone is unstable enough to assault you without provocation, they are more likely to commit other violent offenses and harm others in their future. Police should take advantage of the psychology, and use it as a broken-window opportunity to reduce crime in the long-run. Whenever I observe someone discarding a bag of fast-food out of a moving vehicle, I think to myself, if they treat the world as their personal trash can, what else are they getting away with because there are no consequences?
English

@BillboardChris I hope they find these scumbags. As courteous as the police were, if they really wanted to catch these unstable crazies, they would post an undercover on your corner to catch them in the act.
